Connected business email
Staff can connect a shared Gmail mailbox to read conversations and attachments, send messages and quotes, and import relevant customer request details into business records. Optional Gmail permissions enable actions such as marking messages read, archiving them or moving them to trash.
For approved staff
Move is a private workspace with administrator-managed accounts. All approved staff share the business records, mailbox and drafts. There is no public registration.
